The front staff were very helpful to me. One staff member were really good, assisting me to find a good place to buy soccer jerseys. I found a supermarket across the road very useful. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. I had coffee and juice available all day in the breakfast room. Rooms was modern and the bathroom was neat.
The room I had was quite small. It faced an inner shaft, so little natural light came in.

the location was great. i had easy access to public transport nearby. the staff were really helpful and always available, even at late hours.
the soundproofing wasn't great! i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the sound insulation was subpar i could hear neighbors talking and moving around quite clearly the room was also smaller than expected making it feel cramped especially with luggage storage space was limited and it made navigating the room a bit difficult

amazing stay!
friendly staffgreat coffeebad acoustics
the front desk staff were polite! ana and luisa were very nice, i loved them. the coffee machine is excellent and a total win. i could store my luggage until my room was ready, so i didn't have to lug it around the city all day. the location is great, i had no trouble getting around.
The acoustics were horrible. I could hear every noise from next door! i woke up in the middle of the night because of the couple next door.

the room has a comfortable bed and a good shower. the shower pressure was consistent, and the temperature was easy to adjust. there were fresh towels daily.

The breakfast buffet has a decent variety, including fruit and pastries. It sets you up for the day. unlimited coffee and tea were a big plus!

Luggage storage is available after checkout. I really appreciated that. the front desk operates 24 hours a day, so i knew i could always reach someone. wifi was reliable and fast. No complaints there.
